Digital ecosystem redefines online paint category and increases customer sign ups by 120 per cent

As part of a decade-long partnership with Porter’s Paints, Soda Digital was asked to create a category-defining website to bring 18,000+ colour and wallpaper combinations to life online, inviting discovery from a new and wider audience.

A key focus was giving Porter’s staff more control over content by taking the complexity out of managing a large, frequently changing product range.

Optimal outcomes for both usability and navigation were achieved by creating targeted content and separate user journeys for different audience needs including trade, industry and consumers.

Porter’s Paints has engaged Soda Digital to continually refine its digital strategy, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve the way people interact with the brand on mobile, desktop and in-store.
