A new take on an old game

This smart and playful e-business site draws out the keen golfer's passion for the game and showcases Top Shot's two golf guides. It challenges the user with a question that goes to the core of their hobby; how good are you at golf?

The site houses a short interactive quiz that tests the user's golfing prowess and highlights where they need further instruction to build purchase intent. Interactive sampling allows golfers to trial the guides ahead of purchase and invokes a sense of being out on the course with golf imagery and useful tips. The user can experience the guides firsthand, clicking through pages in a dynamic e-book to view player tips on driving, chipping, putting and more.

A custom payment gateway with a shopping cart completes the package.

Sam Holt from Top Shots was impressed by the way Soda anchored this project from the consumer angle, first identifying what makes a golfer tick to build a site with features they love using. Holt says, "Soda added lots of value with a new take on an old game. They had the ability to push our ideas further and deliver a commercially viable site quickly."
